From Dublin Airport & Northerly Direction - M1, M2 or M3

•    Airport Roundabout -follow signs for  motorway M1/N1-City Centre/Belfast
•    Next roundabout - take the 2nd exit onto the M1 and merge onto M1-Dublin
•    Continue for approximately 3km-go onto the M50 motorway  -City Centre, /Dublin Port - Toll
•    Leave the M50 at Junction 1, then join the N1 (signposted City Centre)
•    Stay on N1 At traffic signals continue forward onto Upper Drumcondra Road - N1 (signposted Dublin Port)
•    At traffic signals continue forward onto Lower Drumcondra Road - N1 (signposted City Centre)
•    Look out for a pub on the left hand side called The Auld Triangle and take a left here down Gardener Street.
•    Go down Gardener Street until you get to the River Liffey.
•    Go over bridge/river and take a left.
•    Continue on riverside for approximately half mile and take a right at the Ferryman Pub.
•    Continue straight until T-junction, go left at this junction and then go right at lights.
•    Go Straight for 3 more sets of lights and then go left onto Baggot Street.
•    Go over bridge and continue on passing for 2 sets of traffic  lights
•    At the second  set of lights indicate right and take a right at the Xtra-vision shop
•    You are now on Waterloo Road,
•    We are on the left hand side, 2 red Georgian doors

Driving from the South M7 to Dublin:

•    As you approach Dublin the M7 becomes the N7 (the Naas Road )
•    You cross the M50 the follow the N7 which becomes the R110 following signs for Dublin City Centre
•    Keep on the left hand lane and you will see the junction for the Longmile Road, where you will cross over the Naas Road
•    Continue straight along the R110
•    Cross over the Grand Canal at Dolphin's Barn Bridge and at the next set of traffic lights turn right on to South Circular Road.
•    At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Donore Avenue
•    At the next set of traffic lights turn left, the Grand Canal is parallel to you  
•    Continue along the Grand Canal until you reach Baggot Street
•    At this junction turn right and stay in right hand lane
•    Take the next right onto Waterloo Road
•    We are on the left hand side 2 red Georgian doors… Fáilte

Driving from South  Bray, Wicklow, Rosslare (M11):

•    Follow signs for the M11/N11 to Dublin City Centre.
•    Leave the M11 at Junction 17 to continue with M11 signposted City Centre/ Dun Laoghaire
•    At roundabout take 2nd exit onto N11 signposted Dublin
•    Continue on N11 signposted Dublin-you will pass University College Dublin on your left
•    Continue on N11 signposted City Centre
•    As you near the city you will pass through Donnybrook Village along Donnybrook Road  and continue straight onto Morehampton Road
•    Pass the Hampton Hotel –white building on your left-go into the right hand lane and take the 2nd right onto Waterloo Road
•    Go down Waterloo Road … slowly...look on right hand side for No 8-10
•    2 red Georgian doors….Welcome!

Driving from West-from Galway, Westport & Sligo (M4):

•    Enter on the M4 which changes to the N4
•    At the junction with M50 (Junction 1) stay in the centre lane to remain on N4, signposted City Centre
•    Stay on N4
•    At Junction 63, turn right onto South Circular Road, signposted N11/N81
•    Continue on N11/81
•    Cross Grand Canal and stay on  N11/81
•    At Junction 58 traffic lights continue forward signposted N11/N81
•    Stay on  N1/N11-the Grand Canal should be parallel to you
•    Continue along the Grand Canal until you reach Baggot Street
•    At this junction turn right and stay in right hand lane
•    Take the next right onto Waterloo Road to Number 8-10 on left hand side
•    2 Red Georgian doors…Welcome

Directions from Dublin Port

•     From Dublin Port go in direction of City Centre
•     At first big junction go left onto R131 across River Liffey direction N11 South
•    Continue on R131 which changes to R111(Bath Avenue) in direction N11(You will see a big sports stadium-Avivia Stadium on your right)
•    Continue on R111 until you meet the Grand Canal Waterway on left
•    At the big junction traffic lights, in a built up area of shops, restaurants and bars, turn left (Pembroke Road)
•    Go into right lane & at first set of traffic lights go right (pass Xtra-Vision) onto Waterloo Road  
•    Waterloo House is on the left 200m after your right turn
